  • 100 g Haferflocken
  • 2 Stück Eier
  • 50 g Honig oder Ahornsirup

  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • Zimt (nach Geschmack)
  • Öl oder Butter (zum Braten)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the quark, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract well. This should take about 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Make sure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed, which should also take about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture and stir everything well until a homogeneous dough is formed. This should take about 3-4 minutes. The dough should be thick and well mixed without lumps.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil or butter. Wait until the fat is hot, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Using a tablespoon, place small portions of the dough into the pan. Make sure to leave enough space between the delights. Fry the delights for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Let the finished quark delights drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess fat. This takes about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve the quark delights warm and enjoy them as a delicious breakfast or snack!
